Sunflower oil is made by pressing the seeds of the sunflower plant and is high in heart-healthy poly- and mono-unsaturated fats.

No artificial colors or flavors are added to this oil. It is 100% sunflower oil!

Using sunflower oil to make popcorn is one of the best methods. The oil has a high smoke point; 440° F. Farmer Bob Recommends 2 to 3 tablespoons with 1/3 to 1/2 half cup of popcorn kernels. Adjust the ratio to the popping results and your taste preference.

Our sunflower oil is high in oleic acid. Also higher in mono-unsaturated fat and lower in both saturated and polyunsaturated fats than regular sunflower oil.
