Recipes for a Thanksgiving with Popcorn... Princeton Popcorn

The Thanksgiving holiday is right around the corner so it is time to prepare. Food is a big part of the holiday and it was often rumored that popcorn was served at the Thanksgiving meal in 1621. As it turns out, this was just a myth but YOU can incorporate this fun, healthy food into your spread this year.

Farmer Bob has prepared a few popcorn-related recipes that he thought were interesting. Here they are:

1) Pumpkin Popcorn Balls

The pumpkin popcorn balls are super cute and make for a fun atmosphere. They are sure to be a hit with the kids. We suggest making them with Mushroom Popcorn or our new Butterfly variety.

2) Snack Board with Popcorn

Popcorn goes well with a lot of other flavors. People love cheddar cheese popcorn so why not include it on your snack board to blend with other flavors? Also, it offers a low-calorie option for grazers who may want to save room for the Turkey dinner or reduce overall calories.

Remember to get the flavor trio to place a jar of the various flavors so your guests can sprinkle the desired flavor.

3) Popcorn Treat Bags

These treat bags are very easy to make and catch your eye! How fun to make are these? Farmer Bob suggests the use of our new Butterfly Popcorn for these.

Happy Thanksgiving!
