L'huile de tournesol est obtenue en pressant les graines de la plante de tournesol et est riche en graisses poly- et mono-insaturées bonnes pour le cœur.
Aucun colorant ou arôme artificiel n'est ajouté à cette huile. C'est 100% d'huile de tournesol !
Utiliser de l’huile de tournesol pour faire du pop-corn est l’une des meilleures méthodes. L'huile a un point de fumée élevé ; 440° F. Farmer Bob recommande 2 à 3 cuillères à soupe avec 1/3 à 1/2 demi-tasse de grains de pop-corn. Ajustez le rapport en fonction des résultats de popping et de vos préférences gustatives.
Notre huile de tournesol est riche en acide oléique. Également plus riche en graisses mono-insaturées et plus faible en graisses saturées et polyinsaturées que l’huile de tournesol ordinaire.
