Pops perfectly
This popcorn is likely different than what you're used to. It is denser, chewier, and feels more substantial than the OR we were using. A half cup of kernels in our air popper produced what appears to be a smaller yield--although every single kernel popped: not an old maid in the batch. I am not a popcorn scientist, but my theory is that because the popped kernels are denser and fuller, they take up less space in the bowl.
The flavor is great, and it is more filling, it seems, than the other fluffy brands we are used to. It seems likely to be higher fiber as well. Did I mention taht there zero unpopped kernels?
My daughter and I really enjoyed the taste. The taste for me was like the popcorn I grew up with.
After we finish I will buy more
