Reach for the butterfly bag for eating: buttered, salted, air-popped, lightly seasoned. Its winged shape is what gives seasoning something to cling to.

Storing sixteen pounds

Keep both bags closed, indoors, off cold concrete floors, away from heat vents and out of direct sun, and do not refrigerate. Popcorn holds its pop for years when the moisture sealed inside the kernel stays put. If you decant, use airtight containers, not open jars.
