An incredible crunchy texture with a lightness that can't be believed. Real corn flavor and so much fun to make. I bought my 11 and 8 year old grandsons a popcorn maker and Princeton popcorn. So much fun for them as well as a better treat than candy!

We are Big popcorn eaters, this has been such a treat! No more store bought for us!! I finally popped your corn to make our version of cracker jacks and I was amazed how your tiny seeds popped so huge and hardly any unpopped kernels were left. In order to know this, I had a little bit of my former mushroom left to compare yours to. hands down, yours was amazing.
The price might be a little high, however, I got so much more volume with hardly any unpopped kernels and the popcorn was almost white.
I am also glad to be supporting an American farmer with the environment in mind. Now, when I make it again as plain popcorn, I can't wait to shake my super salt on it with some butter. Thanks!

Pops up really large popcorn, with lots and lots and lots of really hard hulls. Fairly tender, and a small amount of unpopped kernels yield a lot of popcorn.

If you are looking for the best popcorn, this is it. My family and I enjoy watching movies more at home than at a theater because this popcorn is so much better. My kids, who are 9 and 4, ask for movie nights at home just so they can eat this popcorn.

Just started a gourmet popcorn company and we use Princeton giant mushroom Kernels. . Perfect popping and customers can tell I'm using quality Kernals. Sold out at our first event. Only possible because of the Kernals used. A great product and my go to popcorn company.

There is a learning curve with this popcorn. You do need to let the oil get hotter. What we have found to be the greatest difference between your popcorn and conventional popcorn is that the kernels are so dense! We are now making only half the popcorn we use used to making, it is very filling. The only drawback I see is a lot of very tough hulls.

I have made three batches so far using less oil each time, down to 2 tablespoons with 1/2 cup of kernels. The first batch was covered with hulls, each subsequent batch has been a little better but still WAY too many hulls. What am I doing wrong? Using the Stovepop popper from the website. The first batch I heated oil first as described in enclosed tips and added kernels after the first 3 popped, the 2nd and 3rd I followed the instructions that came with the Stovepop and added all kernels initially and didn't"t use quite as much heat, and lowered heat after popping started. Regular butterfly kernels that I had on hand worked out fantastic, just no luck with the mushroom type.

In the 1960's we grew up on a family farm in Iowa. Every Sunday evening we had popcorn and ice cream and watched Disney and Bonanza. I ordered your popcorn and sent it to my sister for nostalgia.
